"The Original High" Album

James Taylor is a music legend and this is his first studio album in 13 years. Plus he's been #1 on the Amazon chart for more than a week or so. His album has been outselling TOH pretty much the whole way along on Amazon, so I'm not surprised at all that he came out as #1. As for how TOH could only ...

Is the Idolforums site permanently crashed? I've tried to go on it a few times in the past couple of days but just keep getting errors.

Competition TV Shows - AI, The Voice, XFactor, etc.

[quote]Adam didn't win, so therefore, would not be included in that.[/quote]

Well, we *could* include top tens, just to make things really interesting! That way Adam and Daughtry and Jennifer Hudson etc. could get in the mix...

ETA: I don't know why the quote tag isn't working...

Competition TV Shows - AI, The Voice, XFactor, etc.

I think for the last season of Idol they should do like they did in the second Hunger Games movie and have all the past winners come back and slug it out for the ultimate Idol title! That'd be pretty epic...

Competition TV Shows - AI, The Voice, XFactor, etc.

Not surprised, as the ratings this year have been terrible. I'm sort of surprised they aren't just ending it after this year, but I guess they'd rather make it an even 15 and have do a nice long fade out. I hope they have some great contestants next year!

First single "Ghost Town" Discussion

Wow, some of those tweeted pictures are HUGE!!! They're stretching the board width out so it goes right off the side of my monitor. Can they be resized down?

Competition TV Shows - AI, The Voice, XFactor, etc.

Surprised they're only sending the top five out on tour. They'd draw larger audiences with all ten. People would have paid to see Joey, Quentin and Quasim. Guess that won't be happening...

OK, I think I got it solved! I went into my Firefox preferences and used the Advanced button in the Content tab to change the "Minimum font size". It was set to "None" but I set it to 16 and it seems to have fixed it. [smile.gif]

The banner is now going all the way across the top of the page for me! :)

But the reply box font is still wee.

I'm on Firefox using an iMac desktop. Just tried it in Safari and the problem is the same.

Question for those of you who say the post reply font is too small... Is the banner on top fully visible, including Adam's picture on the right? Or does your 'board' get resized to be small to fit it all in? We're trying to pinpoint why a few of you seem to be having this problem. Yes, the banner's...

Oh, I see - I'm on an iMac desktop.

I tried rebooting and still seeing the warnings, etc. I also cleared my cookies.

ETA: I tried Safari and it seemed to work OK so it appears the problem is with the site's compatibility with Firefox.
