I know for sure they wont be doing Rio Olympics. Based on past Olympics, they have national artists, rareley have foreign performers. In london 2012 Jesse J being british performed. Glastonbury is a lock. Superbowl unlikely, they want current pop artists to fit their demographic. Queens songs would be perfect in an arena setting, but SB look for current acts that are going to generate tons of revenue, ala Katy Perry last year. Im.enjoying Qal but i can take it or leave it, enjoying the return of his Solo career too, his own written music.

I agree with you. I think Glastonbury is a lock too. That would be a great venue for QAL I really hope it happens.

Super Bowl does not always have current pop acts though. Just five years ago The Who performed. Madonna also was just in 2012. Tom Petty and Springsteen were not that long ago either. I don't know how the committee chooses the act, but it is not always a current one. The demographic of Super Bowl is just not young people interested in pop music. Whole families of every age participate in viewing at Super Bowl parties. Wide age groups for sure. Maybe that is why now, they have multiple acts for halftime. Like last year was Katy for the young and Lenny to satisfy the older generation.

With Adam starting the TOH tour, I can't see him or QAL as able to do the Super Bowl. I wish they could. Maybe next year. Crossing my fingers for that.

I am not going to count on the Super Bowl for Queenbert....

However.....there are usually several artists...within a show....

There have been many big legendary type of Super Bowl acts....in the last few years....

IMO....they attempt to mix some older acts with more current ones.....

So....I am not holding my breath...

.however....there is maybe stlll a slight chance they could be in the SB show !!!

Hey i well be over the moon.if they do SB, what a career defining moment for Adam huh. But i can.only see it happening if by next year, Adam has a wray of hits on KP lvl, and is a huge top 40 pop star. Combine that with.Queen, maybe too hard for SB to ignore. Im.actually thinking Qal could close out the Grammys, well see.

Oh yeah thats true. Just heard sb are looking to target a younger audience 18-35 target. Ala current pop stars. But if Adam explodes into a massive top 40 pop star, best of both worlds for young and old haha. Toh tour starts next year though, well see.
