Just a short recap: The concert was amazing, simply amazing. From the first second on some kinda magic was floating through the room.
I loved every second, and I was glad they performed WWTLF, even though the highest note was missing this time. :D I still enjoyed it to the fullest!!!
I thought that the venue was awesome - bigger, better and very "open". Acoustics were on point and insane, the audience was also great even though many did not stand up a single time. I got kinda angry at a few teenagers too, who were staring at their phones the whole time. They didn't even look at the stage, or if so, they wouldn't show any sorts of reaction. :(
Brian May was on FIRE that night, he cried a LOT during those performances and I love him for being emotional.
Adam's voice was just... PHENOMENAL!!!! My friend was tearing up during WWTLF and her eyebrows went up when he hit those high notes during STL or GMAYL :D :D My wife, who was sitting somewhere on the side with another friend told me afterwards that she almost screamed the whole time :haha: :haha: (we spontaneously decided to switch seats so we could have a different experience - I knew my wife was somewhere in the room during the concert and I loved that feeling, but I also enjoyed sitting next to a friend to witness a very different reaction LIVE!!! :haha: It was insane! )
I still feel that they could've worked on the setlist though. I really missed Love Kills, I Was Born To Love You and The Show Must Go On. Anyone knows why they didn't play them? BTW, I didn't like the guitar play on IWIA this time.
Additionally I would say that there's room for improvement in terms of costumes/clothes. I'm not that keen on Adam's trousers he is wearing at the first part of the gigs, I don't like the pattern at all, it looks too flat, not edgy enough for my taste. The red/black squared trousers look terrific, but he needs different boots. They don't fit the outfit.
Besides, his KQ performance was ON POINT, just as EVERYTHING ELSE!!!!! I loved watching the audience, they really had a great time just like us.
Here are a few Tweets about our experience last night:
A 10 minutes "summary" video with some short clips from the performances will be following, currently uploading on vimeo. I will upload WWTLF (full) on YT though and will post the links when they're ready. :)
