Chilly and rainy here on Long Island. Trying to figure out what coat to wear that 1) has a hood, 2) is warm enough 3) is somewhat water repellant and 4) will be comfortable (and dry!) enough to sit on throughout the concert! Already went through the what to wear to the concert that will be warm enough but not too warm, lol! Decisions, decisions!
