I don't know. It's just a guess. Doesn't look like Shakira to me, though. Her hair is a lot longer. Selena, maybe?

I don't think it's Shakira either. She would seem very out of left field to me. Maybe the shadow is a female Asian singer? I guess we will know soon enough.
