Loved it!!! Yes, the right song for this audience---and the perfect counterpart to Ghost Town So they got to hear both sides of his vocal arsenal.
Audiences tend to respond to what they already know, so it says a hell of a lot for Adam's performance that he was able to win over a crowd with a song that most of them probably hadn't heard before.
Nice to see Steve Grand bopping away to it

If anyone was ever in doubt about GT's viability as a live song, this performance should put their minds at rest. No "dead spots" during the chorus or anything remotely awkward---it all comes together beautifully. It's also probably Adam's best overall vocal performance of the song (ok, the second "Ohhh" was a bit weaker than usual, but everything else had extra bite or clarity).
Even if it never scales the Billboard heights of WWFM or IIHU, this was the right choice for first single.
P.S. It's partly the baggy pants' fault , but it's odd how the filming of GT, in particular, makes Adam look shorter than usual. He only looks about 5' 10" here! Camera angles do make a big difference...

The dancers make all the difference in this song....I like it when Adam does his little dancey thing, too.
There is just too much dead space in this song not to have dancers....and there aren't enough lyrics to make up for all the whistling spots
I like the song, it's just a tad too simplistic for me, too repetitive...
