I am so happy it's going to be televised. I think this will be great exposure for Adam to a younger generation, so this is a win.

As long as they show an adequate amount of him. I don't think they'll show his entire concert. They may show one or two songs.

Hah - Steve actually thought about it for a minute - until he remembered all his episodes with sunstroke. (Whale watching off San Diego knocked him out last year.) I'm an ex-lifeguard. I'll sit out there forever, so long as you give me water.

So, of course, in the grand scheme of things, the price is a pittance compared to all the other crazy Adam things I've done...

So, we have tickets, but will not show up until later in the afternoon. We can watch his first song on t.v. They are being very smart about having him at first and then at the end. People are actually flying out for this. Doubt that the acoustics will be that great. But it's Adam...

He really does need to rise above this sorta thing, don't you think? Time for bigger leagues.

I don`t think Adam is above these events - the Volleyball fans are part of the target audience he is aiming for.
Good to see his team getting him some out-of-the-box gigs.

And having a song presented on TV is not bad either.

Adams no different to any other popstar. A gig's a gig. And this is the demographic Adam and his team is targeting. You know their are artists out their who would kill for Adams visibility and exposure. I think some fans take Adams success and visibility for granted simply because he is not performing at every big award show.

I have to agree with you Sabine!

It's almost like starting over for Adam. New Look, Change in Music, so any exposure can only help him and especially festivals , where it is all ages and most importantly the age group that he needs. TV also brings Adam into many homes that would not see him otherwise, so it's all good. Like 3kul said after your post, that a gig is a gig, and every gig helps to promote.
