I agree. I find fans who instantly jump on someone if they imply they aren't a fan so embarrassing. People just need to relax and let things happen. If someone doesn't like him, maybe they'll change their mind, maybe they won't. But, fans trying to sway them are just irritating and obnoxious.
But, this guy looks to be the kind of person who likes to stir things up. He could have just ignored them and moved on but he just kept tweeting.
Anyway....I love that Adam had the opportunity to do this. I love these surprise (kind of private) appearances. There was no chance that the regular, have to be at everything, fans were going to be there. It gave him a chance to perform for those who may not have considered seeing him live. And, as we know, seeing him live is crucial to swaying people and changing minds. Sounds like it was a success. People seemed to enjoy their little surprise concert.
