He’s sold millions of records since catapulting to fame on 2009’s American Idol, and has even collaborated with Queen. Now Adam Lambert’s releasing yet another single, “Another Lonely Night”, so BuzzFeed UK caught up with him in our London offices to ask a few questions – some important, some not so much.

1. What’s your favourite colour?
Black.

2. What’s your favourite pizza topping?
Pineapple.

3. Are you a morning person or a night owl?
Night owl.

4. What’s the last album you bought?
Disclosure.




5. Favourite vegetable?
Avocado, but actually that’s a fruit. Mushroom.

6. Puppies or kittens?
Puppies.

7. Last book you read?
I’m reading Kill Your Friends right now. I want to watch the movie but I want to read the book first.

8. Who’s the last person who texted you?
My publicist.

9. Favourite dance move?
A sensible body roll.






10. Favourite sport?
*looks disgusted* Sport?

11. Best chat-up line?
I’m not good at it, that’s the problem. I don’t have any lines… Oh, “What’s your sign?”

12. Biggest pet peeve?
When people can’t maintain eye contact. They get shifty in the wrong way.
They get nervous and they start moving all over the place and they can’t just look at you in the eye. I hate that.

13. Craziest fan story?
There’s a lot. But there’s one where there was a fan that got into the car I was supposed to leave a venue in. And she was sitting on the other side of the backseat just kind of thinking that if she didn’t look at me, I wouldn’t see her.
And I got into the car and I was like, “What, who is that?!” And I looked over at the door and it was still open and I was like, “I don’t know who she is.”




14. How tall is your hair?
I don’t know, shall we measure it? Two thumbs?

15. What’s your favourite alcoholic beverage?
Tequila.

16. What colour is your toothbrush?
White.

17. Do you own plants?
Yes, I do own a couple of plants! I’m not very good at keeping them alive though.

18. Favourite word?
“Cunt.”

19. Favourite curse word?
“Fucking cunt.”





20. What’s your life motto?
I don’t know. “Fuck it”?

21. Favourite sports team?
*looks disgusted and laughs*

22. Worst habit?
*looks at publicist* I’m not punctual at all. That’s why I have a great team of people who are like, “COME ON!”

23. Twitter or Instagram?
More Instagram lately.

24. Coffee or tea?
Coffee.






25. What was the last dream you remember?
I had some weird stuff going on last night. I don’t remember exactly.

26. What time do you get up?
It depends what city I’m in and what I have to do that day. I’m all over the place, so my body clock is like, *meh*.

27. Your favourite joke?
I don’t really have any jokes. I like being funny but I don’t have a “bahdum tshh” [joke].

28. Last song that was stuck in your head?
That “Hello” song by Adele. I can’t get it out. Get out! Get out!





29. Favourite show to binge-watch on Netflix?
I’m getting into that Fargo TV show. I just got into the first season.

30. What’s your go-to karaoke song?
“Tell Me Something Good” by Rufus.

31. If you could bathe in any liquid besides water, what would it be?
Almond milk. They probably do that in a few spas.

32. Can you do any good impressions?
Adam Lambert: Not really.
Adam’s Publicist: You do.
AL: Who do you like that I do? She thinks that I do impressions but I just talk like an idiot and I just start acting a fool. They’re not specific people.
AP: Sometimes Margaret Thatcher.
AL: No, you say it sounds like Margaret Thatcher, I’m not even doing her.
AP: Other times Alan Carr, other times The Muppets.
AL: The Alan Carr thing was funny but I can’t do it on call. I like Kermit. *puts on Kermit voice* “Why are there so many songs about rainbows?”

33. What’s your favorite emoji?
I like the little purple devil with horns, the smiling one. And recently I like the unicorn. And there’s a pig that I quite like. This little piggy, it’s so cute. You know the new emojis that are out? *laughs* It’s very exciting.

That’s hard. I have a new love for Amsterdam. It’s very charming.





35. Favourite holiday destination?
Anything tropical. I’ve been to Tahiti before, that was amazing. Bora Bora. Tulum, Mexico. Bali.

36. Favourite season?
Where? Winter in LA is really nice actually. It’s just right, the temperature. Winter everywhere else isn’t. I’m Californian so I’m very spoilt.

37. Biggest phobia?
I’m not really scared of anything irrational. I don’t know. If there’s a very tight space and way too many people I get a little bit overwhelmed. I can get a little anxious at that.

38. Biggest regret?
I don’t really have any. I think it’s a waste of energy.





39. Proudest achievement?
Being on tour with Queen has been pretty cool. To be able to say that down the road.
Maybe to my kids some day or nephews or nieces or godkids or something, to be like, “When I was your age…”

40. The one thing guaranteed to make you happy?
Tequila.

41. What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given?
“Fuck it.”

42. Is there anything else we should know?
Tequila!

Adam Lambert's fans are said to already know to everything about the man

The public became familiar with Adam Lambert in 2009 when he became the runner-up in the American Idol competition. Since then his career has been on a steady climb upwards.

Since the beginning, Lambert has embraced his fans and openly shared information about himself. That's why, according to him, he doesn't have any secret skills that other people are not aware of. After a little thinking, though, he came up with one skill in Voice's interview, and it's one that's hard to disagree with.

- I don't think I have any secret skills. Or, well, I do, in the bedroom. But they are secret for a good reason, the man laughs.

A distracting answer and the quip after that, "You have to use your imagination", make the reporter convinced that above all, Lambert is a quick-witted man with a good sense of humor. And that's good.
