Wow, wonder why he is wanting to sell it. That's a big surprise after he barely finished all the remodeling.

The only things I can think of is it doesn't have much room for guest parking; it is very close to neighbors and the street which can be a problem when you like to have late night after parties.

Guess we'll just have to ask him if he has another twitter party or send those questions to people who need questions for an interview.

Yeah, he is probably using one of his 4 bedrooms as a closet or....all 4 closets plus 1/2 of the garage for his wardrobe. I was really just referring to his Master closet. I wouldn't doubt that he will need a warehouse sized closet in the near future.

Maybe he just finds it too big for just him and Pharaoh since he has so much going for him and hardly has much time to be home. Just guessing here.

I'm thinking he's looking to invest in something bigger & better, both for his life style and for investment purposes. He's got to do SOMETHING with his QAL millions

Oh wow, Avvidem, I hadn't even thought about that...that would be way cool.

Of course, maybe he's moving because his fans knew every square inch of his current house...always thought that was a bit intrusive and creepy
