Adam Lambert proves a hit with cast of Pretty Little Liars

Stars tweet after US star makes TV cameo
Stars of US TV drama Pretty Little Liars have spoken of their time working with Adam Lambert on the show, showering the Trespassing star with praise for his cameo role.

Lambert recently filmed scenes for a Halloween special of the show, and actors on the show took to Twitter after the shoot to speak of their timeworking with the solo star and occasional Queen frontman.

"You're a doll @adamlambert. Had fun dancing with you :) x" tweeted actress Ashley Benson, while co-star Lucy Hale said: "@adamlambert I officially love you." Janel Parrish also spoke of her love for Lambert, saying: "You guys I met Adam Lambert. My life is made".

The show's executive producer also spoke of Lambert's appearance, saying: "Just met Rosewoods newest honorary citizen @adamlambert. What a sweetie. Welcome Adam," tweeted Marlene King. "Today might just be the most fun day I've had in Rosewood all year. Thanks for the show @ adamlambert."

Adam Lambert is set to appear on the show on Halloween, having shot scenes on a train for his appearance.

Adam Lambert talks Pretty Little Liars cameo

Adam Lambert has spoken about his cameo in TV series Pretty Little Liars.

The vocal powerhouse recently filmed a guest appearance in a Halloween special of the US show.

Speaking to MTV Australia, Lambert said that he donned a vampire costume for the cameo and got to act with star Lucy Hale. He said:

"Yeah that was cool! It was the Halloween episode, so I got to dress up like a vampire which is like my standard Halloween costume that I go to every year."

Lambert continued: "I put my fangs in and had a cool costume, and I got to do a little mini-scene with Lucy Hale who is lovely. I got to perform, so Happy Halloween!"

As previously reported, a trailer for Pretty Little Liars' Halloween special recently appeared online, with Lambert seen performing on a train.

The episode is due to be aired in the US on October 23.

It's funny you should say "bit," because Lucy Hale described the episode in just three words. Sort of. "OK, if I can give you three words that will describe the Halloween episode: Adam Lambert, which is two words," she laughs to us. "So technically I have one more word to fill. OK: Adam Lambert, a box and red lips." Crack that code, PLL fans!
