ADAM Lambert insists he’d “never” want to kiss someone who didn’t want to be kissed.
The controversial American Idol star — who has been shocking audiences during his Australian tour by passionately kissing front-row fans — says he has a fool-proof plan to ensure he doesn’t lock lips with the wrong girl or guy.
“The thing about kissing somebody is that you know if the person wants to be kissed or not,” says Adam. “I would never kiss anybody who didn’t want to be kissed.
The people I kiss are the people who give me that eye the entire night[/color]. I would never force myself on anybody.”

RE: our screaming mimi...I can scream with the best of them and have made myself hoarse at a few AFL concerts. Her hi pitched screaming was annoying to everyone in the mezzanine & balcony...but the most annoying was WHEN and WHAT she chose to scream. Flail, scream, carry-on all you want at the conclusion of a song...even ok during an up tempo..Like SFW or IIHY. But it is just disrespectful to screech "Aaaaadammmmm I luv uuuuuuuuuuuu" in the middle of an acoustic song when he is laying his heart and soul out for his audience. Especially SOAKED.
She was probably about 18 to 20..old enough to know better.
This was my 10th concert and I am embarassed to tell you (embarassed because I come from Northern NJ which is considered part of the New York metro area) that this crowd was absolutely the most disrespectful of all the shows I've been to. So many of them were what people that "stereo-type" New Yorkers claim....they were loud, aggressive, obnoxious, disrespectful and entitled. And Ms. Screamer was the prime example.
Before everyone jumps me here, let me be clear that I don't mean EVERYONE at the show. But enough of the crowd to make it very apparant. Very few peeps stood for Ali...her applause when she finished was very short...our "friend" was screaming "We Want Adam" as Ali was thanking the audience. The dance party that has taken over most venues in the last few weeks was almost non-existant. It was almost as if 1/2 the crowd was saying "I paid a lot for these tickets..I don't want no dancing...tell him to get his ass out here". SERIOUSLY!
Ok...sorry Iam ranting. But it was just such a big contrast to the night before in upstate NY (Albany) when people actually STFU for Soaked an showed their appreciation during the pause.
Anyway...crazy as it sounds...I was almost GLAD he didn't do TCB...Staten Island did not deserve it. They should be ashamed!

I haven't recapped because I think Madam did an EXCELLENT job. His voice was just stunning. It's always so apparant to me that he loves what he does....and he does it so well!
Ok..I know you all want some entertaining, snarky comments about my meeting Adam...Glambulge and all. But, the truth of the matter is I don't feel entertaining or snarky about it. I didn't abuse the GB..didn't even think about it when I was standing next to him....I think he rendered me if not speechless than dazed.
From the beginning...... Madam & I have had these tickets for some time..originally they were for the 3rd or 4th row, but she pm'd me one day and said she could get front row and it would be her last concert and did I want to spend the extra$$. Of course, how could I deny dear Madam the oppportunity to drool just a few feet away from HBIC's epicness....especially at her last show.
So, after much confusion about exchanging the $$ (someone with Madam's same last name got my PayPal payment....don't EVEN ask!!) we were the proud and happy parents of 2 ROW AAA tickets (and my kids will have to understand what happpened to their inheritance...Hey! Imma gonna spend it NOW).
I was very fortunate to be given the opportunity to meet Adam. I chose the Albany show because I really felt that Madam deserved so much to have a chance to meet him and so I asked for 2 passes. I wasn't sure they would come thru, so I decided not to say anything to her. BUT, when she PM'd me about using whatever means to score passes ....well, I just can't keep a secret (remember that for future reference :haha: ...jk...)and so I spilled the beans. Plus..WHO KNEW WHAT SHE MIGHT DO...after all it was her last show :fear: :fear:
So, all's well that ends well. I think I enjoyed watching Marie meet him almost much as meeting him myself....I am just sooooooo happy for her. I wish I could have told him about all she does for him on this forum!
Madam really said it all...he is just this sweet, beautiful and charming boy...a complete 180 from "Mr. Rock God Imma Gonna Flaunt IT AT U TILL YOU JUST FAINT". His whole aura is a visual definition of "I won't let you down..thanx for loving me" and "I can't believe this is all happeniing to me". He actually seemed a bit embarrassed when a couple of the girls that were in the group squealed when he walked in.
So, you can see that my impression upon meeting him wasn't exactly "so, let me measure the GlamBulge, BB" (THERE'S the snark you were waiting for :whistling: ) So..what did I say..what did he say? What did the ambulance driver say???
I actually told him I loved his music even tho I was one of his older fans...to which he smiled and said "awwww, no you're not" *dead*
I told him I had grown up as a theatre kid like he had...I think he said "WOW..really!"
And I said (I think I talked too much) that I was happy for him because he was doing exactly what the universe intended for him too do...entertain people & bring them together. He must have liked that because his response was that adorable 'AWWWWW..thank you. That is soo sweet" *double drop dead*
I honestly don't remember if he put his arm around me for the picture...which I probably forgot to smile for..or if I put my arm around him.....we'll see when the pics are done. He did sign my CD..A REAL signature..you can actually read it (OH! crap..I think I'm flailing  )
I will say he is just gorgeous in person...he takes your breath away.
So that is it...give me a day or 2 to get over this incredible boy and I will be back to abusing the Bulge again!!
