Oh, we are all so spoiled by the Internet. I remember sending off a postal money order in 1974 for Emerson Lake and Palmer at MSG, because that's all you could do absent going in person to the box office. I think we ended up with tickets two rows from the rafters. Or go to the (gasp) local record store which may have had a stack of paper tickets available for sale. (That was our experience in St. Louis, MO, when hubby was attending school. St. Louis had all the acts going through from one end of country to other.)

Ticketmaster is pretty good, except that you never know exactly how it will work. Especially with the presales. Am I going to get the magic code in time? How many seats are going to be available for the presale, and how many will be held back for the open sale? What's the best strategy? Should I just wait for the resells? TM was actually a great resource when I was trying to move one ticket from the far end of Mohegan Sun for Queen to a seat closer to the other six of us attending.

I think you are right. There was a HUGE surge of support for QAL after the NA tour..and even more so during the Europe Tour when they trounced everyone else on every "voting" site.

And, no MARIE...I don't have a link for the leak. (But I didn't have a "link" for the "leak" on who his new label was either ). Trust me.

Best Pop vocal performance

Now a bit on vocals, its not based on the best vocals. Just the differentation between the instruments. Taylors a shoo in for pop vocal album and album. Im in love with her lol, so im fine with that. But hopefully Kendrick Lamer who has the album of the year wins. Sales prob againgst Toh, but whats exciting is the leaked submissions, Adam was mentioned as part of famous names. Its a loooong shot, even if he is nominated he wont win. But first nomination in 6 years, would be awesome. Wish they would bring bk male and female pop vocal category though, theirs way more female pop performers.

Best pop vocal.album is the most likely. Grammys get around 20,000 submissions a year.
