I don't think the remake would ruin the original. Unless the orginal suddenly vanished into thin air. Because The remake was so bad lol. You can still watch the original any time. I.think its gonna be a modern telling. Im all for different interpretations. The original is so campy like Adam. So well see. I like seen no pics of Adam. Keep it a surprise.

I agree. Remakes are just that, remakes. They aren't replacing the originals, the originals are still there, we don't suddenly forget the originals. These remakes that are being made of all these musicals are just new interpretations. Some of them have worked and some of them haven't.

I have a hard core lovefest for the original.........NuArt Theater via Santa Monica...so many frickin' years at midnight........but saying that........i am totally open to this new interpretation..........remember it was first presented for the stage........and since then....has had multiple addressings ...........think this version is going to be a killer....with amazing visual style and outstanding vocals.....really lookin' forward to it!...

I watched v the original. I had no idea what was going on lol. It was weird. Kinda like Adam haha. So their you go. The Grease Remake was very well received. I have a feeling this may do well too. Adam well prob steal the show. Then he can do other roles. Bit more conventional. Like playing David Bowie haha.

Rocky Horror casa lomaYou can catch a science fiction, double feature tonight at Toronto's Casa Loma. You're probably shivering in anticipation to learn how. Well, the Rocky Horror Picture Show remake's filming at our city's famous castle right now.

In fact, this made-for-TV production, directed by Kenny Ortega (Hocus Pocus, High School Musical), has been camping out in Toronto since mid-March.

It features Laverne Cox as Dr. Frank-N-Furter, Victoria Justice as Janet Weiss and Tim Curry as the Criminologist. And, you can see it on Fox this fall.
