Opening curtain: does anyone see skull when light is pulsing during intro?

I know there is crown in oval there in the middle but during intro I see it is as skull... Great design or just my eyes :unsure:

I am just surmising, but it looked by his facial expression as if he may have had some phlegm in the back of his throat and he was just swallowing to get rid of it. JMO Hoping it wasn't pain.
