Hoping this Rock Honor show means that they won band of the year.
No mention of Roger could mean they didn't & won't perform...Bri & Adam will just be there representing.
OR...glass half full says Roger never liked these meet & greet things...but will be there to perform.
In any case, peeps are tweeting it will be on US & Canadian TV.
It will be in the USA for the first time....at The Avalon in LA.
The awards gala, attended by 400 artists, VIPs and industry figureheads, is capped off by a live performance and the night's biggest honor, the Classic Rock Living Legend Award, bestowed in recent years on Jimmy Page, Alice Cooper, Lemmy, Ozzy Osbourne, Rush, Jeff Beck, ZZ Top and Iggy Pop. This year's recipient will be announced soon. (Maybe it's Dr. BRI?????????????!!!!!!!)
BTW, Queen's label is Universal. Queen dropped EMI (who they were with for 40 years) to sign with Universal for a reported tens of millions of $$. Hollywood Records is Queen's NA label distribution.

I think it's on AXS TV, Channel 340. It's a Direct tv channel. They show a lot of concerts.

The fact that implies Queen and Adam well be at the Classic Rock Awards. Does that basically suggest, that they wan? Looks like it. I thought this a few months ago too. But I Think if Queen and Adam are their, they well perform. That maybe Brian's interesting trip suggestion. Or I could be absoulotely wrong haha.

Brians presence is good PR for the show and he has the opportunity to promote "Queen Forever". And since Adam is there too I am hoping for an accoustic set with two or three songs.
And I am curios to see whether they really won "group of the year". B)

I find the voting interesting... one cannot vote more than once unlike other contests that had fanatics needed to click everytime unless there's a nerd who could do something that the software click itself.
Yeah, I am curious who the winner is... that is why I keep in touch to this forum just to be abreast of current news about Adam.
I read somewhere that Adam has the most loyal fans. I do not know what loyalty in this case means.... like watching his concerts so many times, buying so many of his records to help him go tops? My loyalty means I will buy his record... though I am sure I have copies from youtube.... If there is a concert here or nearby which would not drain my meagre savings, I will go... he is the only singer I want to keep abreast of .... and I sincerely want him to go platinum !

I think it's amusing that the tweet going around the twitterverse is from a tiny little radio station by me, which has a broadcast range of about twenty miles. It's the tri-state classic rock station, which means essentially Sussex County, NJ, and a little bit into New York - Port Jervis and Pennsylvania - Dingman's Ferry, to give you an idea of how rural the market area is. (And I've seen the comments about the Thong of the Day link on the website.)
This is the station that will give me the lost animal report, motorcycle riding tips from a local Police Chief/Blue Knights member, and weather=related closings. The studios are constantly being renamed to note local businesses advertising with them.
If they are going to filter entries submitted through their website for local market, I win.
