Last night I went to Boy George's single launch party for "Amazing Grace" and it was a lot of fun. Boy delivered a great DJ set which included "Dreamer" by Livin Joy and "Whoop There It Is" by Tag Team which was hilarious. Unexpectedly and excitedly, I got to meet Adam Lambert very briefly too - man, he's tall! Adam is here for meetings (and partying) and finally planning his assault on the UK which I am very excited about!

I'm glad to read about Adam's "assault on the UK" because so far this trip has been rather sedate,
especially compared to the jubilant and enthusiastic reception during the Singapore/Japan visits.
Can't wait to see what Adam's got in store next!

Boy George has got new Idol
BOY George poses with American Idol runner-up Adam Lambert as the ex-Culture Club singer films his new reality show.
The Eighties icon, 48, who shares Adam's love of hats and make-up, has signed an £80,000 deal for a six-part series about his attempt to rebuild his music career. The cameras followed him as he performed new single Amazing Grace in a London club in front of pals including Adam, 28. The series will be screened on VH1 in September.

American Idol star Adam Lambert (pictured) is on The Hour today to tell us all about his debut single, For Your Entertainment, which is being released next month, as reveal a bit about his time on the hugely popular show.

Spring has sprung and farmer Richard Black who runs Braeside of Lindores farm in Fife is busier than ever with new baby animals being born all the time. We’ll be following his journey month-by-month and getting an insider’s glimpse of how he runs the busy farm.

We’re also meeting Scotland’s oldest mum, Juliet Le Page, who gave birth when she was 50. She’s been speaking out against critics of the Glasgow Centre for Reproductive Medicine (GCRM), which has become the first in Britain to let women buy human eggs directly from abroad, and will be explaining to us why she thinks women should be given the option of having children later in life.

Anita Manning is also back with more antique finds, and Paul English is revealing his top TV picks for the week ahead.

The show kicks off at 5pm on STV.
