This week, Adam Lambert finds himself in Tokyo, Japan while on promoting the release of his album “For Your Entertainment” in Asia. And, it seems, Adam is already well aware of how you get a gaggle of Japanese people to fall in love with you. The steps are pretty simple:

Step 1: Cover yourself in leather and spikes.
Step 2: Wear liquid silver pants that make your crotch look like it was sent back from the future to kill another crotch.
Step 3: Paint your face up to look like a beautiful geisha of indeterminate gender.
Step 4: Basically be more Japanese and insane than any other person in Japan. (*Note: This step is impossible.)
Step 5: Rake in the ¥ ¥ ¥ ¥ ¥ ¥¥ ¥ ¥!

Looks like he followed all of these steps and more while performing at Club Eleven in Tokyo. Stare at the above GIF while listening to his album and snorting glitter off of the fur-tipped ear of a Lynx and it’s like you’re there. Check out more photos below.

Some info about this event, got them from Japanese blogs.

200 fans out of 20,000 applicants were invited.

A lot of press were there, and there may be the pro-shot video.

Also a lot of music critics & columnists were invited, so there will appear many articles on the music magazines soon.

The Adam look-alike contest took 50 minutes, contestants were 5 kids, 5 females and 5 males and Adam gave a comment to each performance.
The young male stood next to Adam won the contest and he shed tears of joy.
Adam would have been so happy to see it :)

Then he performed 2 songs and fans were overwhelmed by his voice and performance and there were a lot of voices on Japanese tweet that they wanted to hear more songs.

I found out Adam's performance last night was shown on the morning TV "Sukkiri"!
I was out for a while, so I didn't noticed it.

US singer, Adam Lambert (28) on his first visit to Japan held an event in Tokyo on 15th.
He is a new artist and got the chance to debut by his performances at US TV audition show, "American Idol".

He appeared on the stage wearing showy costume glittering with rhinestones, said "Thank you so much, you're so beautiful!" and threw kisses to his fans.

Later he said, "You're wonderful! I love you. I really appreciate your great welcome and want to show you my best show!" and showed huge smile.

Looks like he got the small tissue paper pack with ad while shopping.
In Japan, beauty shops, money loan businesses or sports clubs, many companies make use this type of ads by supplying tissue paper packs to pedestrians on the street or at the malls.
