Must I have to unsubscribe each time I post!? [think.gif] [0062.gif]
Go to your User Control Panel, Manage Subscription, even if it says you are not subscribed to any forum, you have to get rid of all the threads (topics), go to the end of the screen, 'Mark All', Unsubscribe... Do this until there are no topics left.
OK...seems to be clear now of all topics!!! [thumbsup.gif] [0146.gif]

YAY!!!!!! [0071.gif]
Still getting emails vvvv [0035.gif] [think.gif] [0062.gif] Will try a reboot.

OK, guys... I'm going to try something new.

I noticed yesterday that while I was busy with board settings and fixing and the crazy amount of tweets I was favoriting that when I left the Sea of Red out, conversation ensued and flowed more easily...

So this is what I want to try.

I'm going to create a 'locked' Sea of Red thread where I bring in all the tweets I gather through the day... All of one post would only refer to one topic/thread. I'll do this throughout the day so that the actual threads are left alone and more conducive to conversation.

At the end of each day, I'll transfer the Sea of Red posts into their respective threads (probably just before I head off to bed), so all the info will still be available in the threads but won't interrupt normal conversation flow during the day.

For those who only want to read the 'news'/Sea of Red, they can just go to that thread and read through all the day's tweets.

There are a few exceptions though... Adam's Tweets/IG/etc. thread would be updated as they come in as well as the Audio/Video thread (which I need for the Treasure Chest of Links updates).

Of course, if any BIG NEWS were to happen during the day... I would INTERRUPT YOUR NORMALLY SCHEDULED CONVERSATION WITH THE BREAKING NEWS! [foxes_251.gif]

We can try this for a few weeks and see how it works out for everyone?

Thoughts?

I like the idea of one thread to catch it all. If I'm in a hurry and just want to know what's being going on quickly, I can can find the condensed version.

SEA OF RED THREAD

Great idea, Marie!! Love that you've broken it down by topic...makes a lot more sense.

Too bad you're Canadian...otherwise you could take over as Chief of Staff in the White House and organize this freaking government!! [lol.gif]

I tried to find the ones you and MissWood were asking for... and Barb's tumbleweed... but to find the ones still missing, I have to import 'packs' of them which I cannot even preview!!!!

That means 100's would show up and then I'd have to delete them one by one... I don't have time to do that right now but when things calm down, I'll give it a go.

It doesn't work like that... "Paks" are provided by the software host and we cannot 'import' from other places.
