This is fantastic news, and it amazes me how quickly things have changed in just six years. Back in 2009, while Adam was still on his Idol run, I remember seeing a TV news item from the US on a protest against the Defense of Marriage Act. No state then allowed same-sex marriage, and one enterprising fellow at that protest sought to tug at the nation's conscience with a placard saying, "Let Adam Lambert get married!"
