Just IMHO. If the US media showed more respect for his talent by giving him the air time/both radio & TV/ that he deserves, pehaps he would be spending more time and effort here. If they fawned all over him like some other current pop stars, if they didn't use him only to up their memberships, listeners and online hits, perhaps things would be different.

He has to go where the money, the fans, and the exposure is...and right now all the moves he's making follow that formula. I think his management is doing all that's possible to make him more recognizable and relevant here in the US, but the TV shows and radio honchos hold the cards.

He is indeed a global star, and the rest of the world is just as important as the US..and obviously more engaged with him. The QAL shows were a massive move in gaining him respect and recognition all over the world. What a shame that there aren't festivals iin the US that would engage more people in the "Adam Experience".

Unfortunately in their heyday, Queen was never as huge in the US as they were in other parts of the world. But suddenly their music has had a resurgence here. Still, casual fans may not buy tix to a strictly QAL concert. But a full out festival?? That would be a different story and give Adam great exposure.

and this is not intended to offend anyone, it's just my opinion only, but the States incl. Canada do not seem to care about the vocals, nor how nice the artist is. It seems vocals take 2nd place to the looks, dress appeal etc. where as overseas the majority have grown up with hearing great vocalists/music and therefore appreciate Adam for his vocals and his originality more because that is what is important over there.

The music put out here, virtually all sound the same, just different beats thrown into the mix and Adam doesn't conform to that. He is his own person and his music is original and different even while still belonging in the pop mode. Another thing I have noticed is it seems fans, who have been treated badly by the artist at a concert for which they have paid big money or elsewhere and continues to do so, are still following in droves. while Adam still struggles and treats his fans with love and kindness. I just don't get it at all. I guess the kids today, over here are more interested in the beat, than the vocals in the pop field.

ETA.....I forgot to add, autotune and gimmicks, so kids today, don't know what real vocals are and it is sad.
