OMG!!! We have an AWESOME new toy!!!!
Right now we have 20 posts per page... This new toy slows down the loading of pages when there are a lot of tweets, IG, etc., as in the "2016-12-10 XFactor UK - Adam to duet with Saara" http://adamlambertmtt.com/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=1635 .
I'm going to wait a little bit and I may lower the number of posts per page to speed things up. The Adam/Saara thread is unusually 'heavy' with those tweets, IG, etc.
If I do, you'll see the number of pages going up... Don't panic!!!!

I think it has more to do with the number of tweets/IG/etc. per PAGE than per POST.
... which means... you guys better start posting comments!!!!

So, how does it work? Do we just post the tweet link and it automatically converts it for us?

I've changed the 'posts per page' from 20 to 15... I love our new toy, but it slows down the loading of pages...
Let me know if that's good enough... I can reduce it more if needed.

It's the strangest thing... There was this weird note between two posts... I've deleted the last 3 posts and put them back in. Now they're in the right order, but it took a lot of maneuvering... Ghost in the Machine!Tiki wrote:2009-2015 Archives......Completed & OK!

Thank you, Tiki.
I'm off to delete the whole part about checking forums from the OP now.
ETA: I'm having Vampfever look at making the font bigger.

Just a quick update - I've been really sick and just logging on my computer tonight for a few minutes. I'll start on this assignment tomorrow night. :)
Take good care of yourself!

YW Marie and TY! Do have one question though. Why does all the print when I am typing seem like it is bolded, but the quotes appear to be the lighter normal print?madamimadam wrote:It's the strangest thing... Don't know that I can! When I am on my laptop, what I see when posting, the font letters appear to be in bold, but when replying to a quote, the font print in the quoted box does not appear to be in bold. Confusing, I know.madamimadam wrote:Huh? You want to explain that again, Tiki? I don't understand...

I am on my desktop now and everything, the replies, posts and quotes etc., appear to be in bold. However, while I am writing this reply in the posting box, the font color is normal black and not in bold.
Perhaps it has something to do with the particular font you have chosen to use. I have no idea, and don't understand it myself. I would give you an example, but the font color changes from light black to a bold black as soon as I post this.
Thank Vampfever for me for the bigger font.

I just checked my phone and saw your post. I could see the difference on my phone, but on my laptop & desktop both look like they are in bold. Only the one not in bold is just a tad lighter but still bold. I am so out of it, that I didn't even notice that everything looked normal on my phone, so I am at a complete loss as to what is going on when I am on the computers. This all happened after the board was back and running and you had us refresh. I thought maybe it was due to a Microsoft update but other sites come is as they should, so I am at a complete loss as to why this is happening when I am on the board and on either computer. So............just ignore me.madamimadam wrote:This is bold text!Tiki wrote:Don't know that I can! I can do that!!!So............just ignore me.
Yes, the difference between bold and 'not bold' is minimal... The price we have to pay for getting a bigger font...

I just checked my display settings and found that Microsoft had changed my text settings and for some reason it only affected the board so I never thought to check the display on my computer. I reset them and all is well again.madamimadam wrote:I can do that!!!So............just ignore me.

How do I get rid of the little up & down arrows in the lower right hand corner? Or can I get rid of them?
