RAIN HAS NOT PUT A DAMPER ON THE CROWD

RESTAURANTS ARE PUTTING 2 HOURS MAX SO THEY CAN TURN OVER FOR OTHER PATRONS.

The concert is also under tight security, and they will be turning away people to avoid overcrowding.

ETA... I only got part of this so I am hoping this has to do with the concert. What I caught was she will be bringing in all the action later.
