Funny, you should mention Wilkes Barre and the GNT... After the show, I gave Eric a ride to Sayreville, the next show.

We had decided that it was best to drive there right after the WB show. I had borrowed my son's GPS which I was using for the first time. I was following it blindly and we ended up in this very dark area, no traffic at all and then we got BIG FLASHING LIGHTS behind us... a police car was pulling us over.

It turned out that we had entered a 'restricted protected area' and we were very suspect... The officer was kind, recognized my Quebec plates and accepted my explanation and gave us directions on how to get back on course... He was gorgeous by the way... After he let us go, I jokingly told Eric that I wouldn't have minded if the officer had taken me into custody... to which Eric replied: "Me neither, but I get first dibs!"

Eric was one of those kind souls that reminded me very much of Adam's philosophy of life.

Yes, Eric was incredibly brave to ride with me.... Especially since he was the first one I told my Fantasy Springs travel fiasco to!

I am so sad to hear this. I was just thinking about messaging you recently to ask about Eric, as I'd been thinking about him lately, wondering where & how he was. Thanks for letting us know... and I haven't been on here in forever, either.

I did get to meet Eric (and you too Marie) at the FM Kirby Center at Adam's first GNT show in Wilkes-Barre, PA. There was a get-together there as well, with IDFers. It seems so long ago now.

It's so good to be home!!!! What a nightmare!!!!!

Put avis on the left with a really cool-looking "Online" bar!
Made the posting area smaller so you don't have to scroll down endlessly.
Made the writing bigger...

It's starting to look like home again.
